Should an item arrive broken or damaged, kindly send us an email with image proof, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Please note, for hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable however if the item is damaged, I will happily repair it or exchange it for you.

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after this period.

For international orders, the same 28-day return policy applies, but please note that you’ll be responsible for any shipping fees.

Unfortunately, products will not be shipped to EU countries due to the new shipping regulations. Until we know more about this, all shipping to EU countries is suspended. Any updates will be posted on this site.

JSMP Studios does indeed accept custom orders! All you need to do is send us an email at jsmpstudios@gmail.com and you will be contacted promptly. Please note - there will be a fee to cover any extra materials and labour costs.

Out of stock items will be restocked and sent out within 7-10 days. Products are usually released in small batches so if an item runs out, materials will be ordered for another restock, crafted in house and then stocked up again on the website. Customers who pre-ordered will have priority.
